Job summary

Whiskey Cake - Las Colinas in Irving, TX seeks a Busser to deliver friendly, efficient service and support for servers and bartenders. You will keep stations clean, stock supplies, and assist in delivering food and drinks to guests while following grooming and uniform guidelines.

Applicants should read English, stand for long periods, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Food Handler’s and TABC certifications are required to comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification and TABC Certification; sanitation procedures must be followed.
• Must be able to read English and communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service following established standards.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Maintain station cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure correct food & drink delivery to guests.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and other team members to support guest experiences.
• Observe state and federal laws regarding the service of food and alcohol, including certifications.
