Job summary

BRU Burger South Bend is seeking a Busser to help maintain a clean, welcoming dining space and to support servers and kitchen staff for smooth service. This front-of-house role can be full-time or part-time and requires the ability to stand for extended periods.

No previous experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. You will clear and reset tables, assist with drinks and food delivery, move dishes, restock supplies, and help keep stations organized and ready for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing additional items to guests as needed.
• Transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure food orders are delivered to the correct tables.
• Keep the server station and busser station clean and well-organized; restock items such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing requests and concerns as needed.
• Assist with overall restaurant cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, and reporting maintenance needs.
