Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group in New Orleans is seeking a friendly, team-focused Krewe Member to keep dining areas welcoming. You’ll clear, sanitize, and reset tables to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness. We offer Days-only shifts, medical and dental benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities within our brunch-focused brands.

• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in dining areas

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed

Job Summary:

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
