Roux, a new restaurant in Summit, NJ, is hiring Bussers and Food Runners to join the opening team. Walk-ins welcome at an on-site job fair with multiple time slots. The role supports servers, delivers food, clears and resets tables, and maintains clean dining areas in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and the restaurant team in providing great Guest service
• Deliver food and beverages to Guests quickly and accurately
• Clear and reset tables throughout service
• Keep dining and service areas clean and organized
• Assist with running food from the kitchen to the dining room
• Support Servers with Guest requests and table needs
• Restock supplies and maintain service stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
