Responsibilities

• Serve food per established procedures in a timely, friendly manner.
• Stock station with glassware, flatware, china and napkins.
• Greet guests and refill waters.
• Clear dirty dishes from table after each course.
• Reset tables per procedures.
• Brew ice tea, coffee, replenish bottled waters.
• Assist kitchen in setting and breaking down service station.
• Provide maximum guest service while maintaining Brand standards.
