Deromo is seeking a Restaurant Busser/Food Runner/Barback for part-time seasonal work in Florida. The role supports service operations by clearing tables, delivering drinks, and assisting servers and bartenders.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean dining areas, stocking glassware and utensils, assisting with food delivery when needed, and helping with service steps upon request. High school diploma required; travel is not required.

• Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
• Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
• Assist with food delivery in the absence of the food runner
• Assist with bar bussing in the absence of a bar back
• Assist with steps of service as requested by servers (bread, silverware, special guest request)
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
