Job summary

DeRomo's in Florida is seeking a flexible Restaurant Busser/Food Runner/Barback to support service operations. This part-time seasonal position handles bussing, water/service prep, and station upkeep while assisting servers and food runners as needed.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking necessary supplies, and assisting with bar bussing when required. High School or better is required; prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
• Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
• Assist with food delivery in the absence of the food runner
• Assist with bar bussing in the absence of a bar back
• Assist with steps of service as requested by servers (bread, silverware, special guest request)
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
