• Minimum 1+ years of Food Runner / Busser experience in a fine dining, high-volume setting.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver food and drinks to the correct table promptly.
• Assist servers to ensure timely service.
• Maintain well-stocked and clean work areas throughout the shift.
• Contribute to a lively and gracious dining ambiance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Participate actively during line-ups.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance before, during, and after service.
• Follow loss prevention, sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies.
• Complete assigned side work related to guest service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Report on time for scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential functions safely and effectively, complying with ADA and other standards.
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs; stand for prolonged periods; climb stairs regularly.
• Physically maneuver through work areas, bend, lift, reach, and move in a dynamic environment.
