Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

• Minimum 1+ years of Food Runner/Busser experience in fine dining or high-volume settings.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests.
• Deliver orders accurately and promptly.
• Assist servers to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the service area.
• Contribute to a welcoming dining ambiance.
• Know menu items and specials thoroughly.
• Participate actively during line-ups.
• Uphold cleanliness and appearance standards before, during, and after service.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies.
• Complete assigned side work.
• Adhere to company policies and report on time for scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods and climb stairs regularly.
• Move safely through work areas, bending, lifting, reaching, and maneuvering as required.
