BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Create a relaxed destination – Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality, and work as a team player
• Set the course – Deliver exceptional service by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
• Build the perfect oasis – Practice table maintenance, clearing, and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
• Support your crew – Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• At least 1 year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by law
• Basic knowledge of food, beverage service, and hospitality
• Excellent guest service skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to perform other duties necessary to support the business

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling frequently required
• Routine standing for the duration of shift
• Operate equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in the training manual
• Shifts scheduled based on business needs
