Requirements

• Support the Tiki service team in a fast-paced environment where fun and smiling are part of our culture.
• Caring for guests in the tiki area, greeting guests, and acting as an ambassador of the resort.
• Use guest names when possible and handle guest opportunities promptly to ensure an exceptional experience.
• This position is based at our Tiki Bar, located on the white sandy beaches of LaPlaya.
• Enjoy outdoor work and providing a fun guest experience.
