Lombardi Family Concepts, Inc. is launching Victory Tap Sports Lounge No. 2 in Dallas, opening Fall 2026. We’re assembling an all-star front-of-house team driven to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

We are looking for Bussers / Food Runners who are hardworking, energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about keeping the guest experience running smoothly. Previous restaurant experience and a current Food Handler certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler certification.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready tables throughout service.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages.
• Refill water and assist with other guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room and service areas.
• Keep side stations stocked and organized.
• Assist with opening, closing, and ongoing side work.
• Communicate guest needs to servers and management.
• Support the entire front-of-house team during high-volume periods.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Bring energy, urgency, and a positive attitude to every shift.

Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we’re building an all-star team from the ground up.
