Qualifications

• Candidates with prior restaurant experience encouraged to apply.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen items; maintain cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine; wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and equipment.
• Maintain a continuous supply of clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Keep dish areas clean, organized, and sanitary; assist kitchen staff with cleaning.
• Remove trash and recycling per procedures; maintain clean floors and surrounding areas.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when needed.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards; complete opening/closing/deep-clean duties.
