M Crowd Restaurant Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Busser to support servers and bartenders, clear tables, and maintain a clean dining area during busy shifts at Razzoos Arlington. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Clear tables after guests.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware.
• Between seating’s promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate them to the server as needed.
• Assist server with food delivery during peak periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
