Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Busser to help keep dining rooms sparkling and ready for guests in a fast-paced, full‑service setting. You’ll support servers, bartenders, and hosts, ensuring a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, pre-bussing, and maintaining cleanliness. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and speed in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with bussing, bar backing, food running, hosting or server assistant duties is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual and dedicated with a guest‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail and reset for service.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Support servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages and guest requests.
• Perform dining area maintenance, including floor cleaning and sanitation.
• Prepare station setup and breakdown, stocking duties, and closing tasks.
