Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Busser to keep dining rooms sparkling, reset tables quickly, and support servers, bartenders, and hosts to create a welcoming guest experience. You’ll move with speed and maintain cleanliness in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting with pre-bussing, beverage refills, and station setup, while demonstrating teamwork and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting. Must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes, glassware, and cutlery
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware, maintaining presentation
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming guest experience
• Support servers and bartenders with pre-bussing and refilling beverages
• Assist with dining area maintenance including cleaning floors, sweeping and mopping
• Complete station setup and breakdown, stocking, and closing tasks
• Sort and pre-sort dishware to support efficient operations
• Follow instructions with accuracy and ownership
• Work efficiently with speed and consistency in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house team
