Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Busser to help keep dining rooms sparkling clean and ready for guests. You’ll support servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from start to finish.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, maintaining sanitation, and working closely with the front-of-house team in a high-volume setting. This role offers flexible hours with full-time or part-time opportunities and tips plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware, maintaining consistent presentation.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork by supporting servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requests.
• Perform dining area maintenance, including cleaning floors, sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, stocking duties, and closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sort and pre-sort dishware and utensils to support efficient operations.
• Follow instructions with accuracy and ownership.
• Work efficiently with speed and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly and accurately with the front-of-house team to support a positive guest experience.
