Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Bussers to maintain a sparkling dining room, support servers and bartenders, and ensure guests have a memorable experience. You will clear and reset tables quickly and work as part of a fast-paced team in a full-service environment.

Compensation ranges from $10.98 to $14.00 per hour plus tips. Benefits include paid time off, health coverage options, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality or food service preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong teamwork and guest service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes, glassware, and cutlery.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware, maintaining consistent presentation.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork by supporting servers and bartenders with pre-bussing and guest requests.
• Perform dining area maintenance, including cleaning floors and mopping as needed.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, stocking duties, and closing tasks.
