Soto Management Group is hiring a Busser to support our dining team in delivering excellent guest experiences. You will assist in clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, stock responsibilities, and helping servers and bartenders maintain smooth service.

The role emphasizes professionalism and a guest-focused attitude. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dining room, enjoys working as part of a team, and is willing to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Able to move and clean quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, polite and courteous to all patrons.
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Able to work under pressure.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Physically able to stand, move, lift 25+ pounds, and perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for guests by cleaning and setting tables.
• Serve water and refill beverages as needed.
• Place and replace silverware as needed.
• Deliver beverages from the bar to tables.
• Stock serving stations with napkins, utensils, and condiments.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables and bring to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Assist dishwashers with loading and unloading dishes.
• Vacuum, sweep, or mop the dining area as required.
• Direct guests to restrooms or exits and clear tables between courses.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures and close stations at shift end.
