Job summary

First Watch in Norristown, PA is hiring Bussers who embrace our YOU FIRST culture. There are no night shifts, a chef-curated menu, and a goal to empower staff to deliver an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

You’ll help prepare tables, communicate with Hosts, and support a team that values speed, cleanliness, and customer care. As a Busser you’ll clear and reset tables in under three minutes, assist with light housekeeping, and participate in a positive, collaborative work

Qualifications

• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
