Responsibilities

• Pre-bus tables as necessary.
• Clean and reset tables properly.
• Maintain supplies of ice, plates, glasses, and sauces.
• Maintains silverware and dishware inventory.
• Dispose of trash and replace bags; empty bins as needed.
