Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run food from the expo window.
• Assist in preparing food to leave the expo window as necessary.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items needed during the shift (flatware, garnish, sauces).
• Maintain cleanliness of the expo window and surrounding area per health standards.
• Complete assigned sidework and any other duties as directed.
• Carry food items to tables.
• Ask guests if they need anything upon delivering food.
• Report safety concerns to management and inform the manager on duty of customer issues.
• Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and supplies; alert management to issues.
