Duke’s Steakhouse at Legends Bay Casino is seeking a dependable Busser to support the front-of-house team and ensure a world-class dining experience. You will maintain clean, organized tables, stock supplies, and assist servers to ensure smooth service in a lively casino environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down tables, stocking equipment, and delivering fast, friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous bussing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies to all servers.
• Polish and stock equipment for operation (silverware, linens & glassware).
• Set up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
• Set up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
• Ensure that the guest tables are always maintained to our standards and in a timely fashion.
• Assist servers as requested.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff.
