Duke's Steakhouse at Legends Bay Casino in Sparks, NV is seeking a friendly Busser to support the front-of-house team. You will maintain clean tables, stock supplies, and assist servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. English proficiency is required, and prior bussing experience is preferred. Join our energetic team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous bussing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies to all servers.
• Polish and stock equipment for operation (silverware, linens & glassware).
• Set up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
• Set up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
• Ensure that the guest tables are always maintained to our standards and in a timely fashion.
• Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served.
• Assist servers as requested.
• Perform all opening and closing side duties.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff.
• Additional duties as assigned.
