Job summary

The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, managed by Sage Hospitality Group, is hiring a restaurant busser. Pay is $16.50 per hour plus tips. Position open until 11/15/2026 or until filled.

No formal education required. Clears used tableware, resets tables for new guests, keeps the dining area clean, and assists waitstaff. Lifts up to 50 lbs, stands for long periods, and travels around the bus station area as needed.

• Experience: None
• Knowledge/Skills: Must have basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Clears all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to tubs in bus station and wipes table, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table.
• Resets tables to established standards to seat new customers quickly and moves full tubs to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Distributes cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils to service stations to keep a ready supply for restaurant use.
• Sweeps restaurant floors during the shift to maintain a clean and presentable area.
• Retrieves requisitioned items from stockroom and stocks supplies, rotates stock as needed.
