Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a Busser to support the Food & Beverage team by keeping tables, service stations, and guest areas clean, organized, and ready for service. You will work closely with Servers, Runners, Bartenders, Barbacks, Hosts, and Culinary staff to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Reliable and punctual with scheduled shifts.
• Ability to follow established procedures and service standards.
• Strong, guest-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, set, and reset tables according to standards.
• Maintain tables and dining areas during service.
• Keep service stations clean and stocked.
• Replenish silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist servers and other F&B team members as needed.
• Remove used dishes and items promptly from tables.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of restaurant and service areas.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
• Support Barbacks and other roles during peak periods.
• Communicate guest requests or issues to relevant team members.
