• Assistance to Servers: Refill drinks, deliver food orders, and provide additional items as needed; communicate with servers for prep of new guests.
• Support to Kitchen Staff: Transport dishes from kitchen to dining area and ensure correct delivery of orders.
• Organization and Restocking: Keep server and busser stations clean and well-organized; restock napkins, utensils, and condiments; empty trash and replace bags.
• Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner; address inquiries and escalate to servers or management as needed.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop floors, clean windows, and maintain a tidy appearance; report maintenance needs.
