Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced casino dining environment.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure during peak service hours.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles.
• Must have or obtain Nevada Health Card; Alcohol Awareness Card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clear tables, remove soiled dishes, and reset tables promptly for guests.
• Maintain side stations, floors, and furniture clean and organized.
• Restock items and keep service areas ready for the next course.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and health-code requirements consistently.
• Support team members and guests with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
