Job summary

Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a welcoming Busser to support our wait staff and prepare dining areas. You will serve water, clear tables and ensure a smooth, fast-paced service with attention to guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of restaurant serving experience, understand hygiene and food safety, and can work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. High standards of grooming and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year serving experience required.
• Ability to obtain government licenses/certificates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowers.
• Place tableware and condiments on tables.
• Serve water and welcome snacks, like breadsticks.
• Refill beverages and take orders.
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed.
• Provide silverware sets to families with young children.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all dining areas.
