Job summary

Mambo Seafood is seeking a Busser to join our Houston-area restaurant team. The Busser will help maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room and outdoor areas, including clearing tables, cleaning floors, and supporting staff.

This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include resetting beverage stations, restocking supplies, and ensuring bathrooms and outdoor spaces are clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Ability to speak, write and read simple instructions in English.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
• Must have a Food Handler Certificate.
• Must be a team player and customer-service oriented.
• Prior food service industry and/or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Practices the Company service principles.
• Sets up and/or breaks down beverage station and condiment area.
• Sorts dishes, glasses, and silverware.
• Assists cashier and bartenders in restocking their areas.
• Cleans and maintains bathrooms, cleans windows and takes garbage out when needed.
• Cleans floor areas inside and outside the restaurant, including parking lot, walkways, and patios.
• Cleans tables, chairs, high chairs, and booster seats before, after and throughout shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
