Job summary

Mambo Seafood in Katy, TX is seeking a dedicated Busser to maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and outdoor areas and to support the front-of-house team in a fast-paced environment.

The Busser will clear tables, clean floors, assist in restocking stations, and ensure bathrooms and patios are well maintained. This role emphasizes teamwork, physical stamina, and guest service, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Able to speak, write and read simple English instructions.
• Food Handler Certificate required.
• Team player and customer-service oriented.
• Prior food service and/or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Practices the Company service principles.
• Sets up and/or breaks down beverage station and condiment area.
• Sorts dishes, glasses, and silverware.
• Assists cashier and bartenders in restocking their areas.
• Cleans and maintains bathrooms, cleans windows and takes garbage out when needed.
• Cleans floor areas inside and outside the restaurant, including parking lot, walkways, and patios.
• Cleans tables, chairs, high chairs, and booster seats before, after and throughout shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
