Don Julio Mexican Kitchen Lake Mary is seeking a Busser to support servers and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room. You will help keep the flow smooth, reset tables, refill waters, and assist guests with small needs while upholding the Don Julio culture of Yes and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, sanitize, and reset tables for new guests.
• Refill water glasses and assist guests with minor needs.
• Maintain FOH cleanliness including floors, restrooms, and touchpoints.
• Assist servers during peak periods by running side items and pre-bussing.
• Ensure tableware is clean and stocked in side stations.
• Set up and break down the dining room for service.
• Coordinate with host and server team for smooth seating rotation.
• Create a warm, attentive atmosphere reflecting Don Julio culture.
• Support events or large parties as needed.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning guidelines.
