The One Group is seeking a Busser at our Phoenix location to maintain a clean, organized dining area and support servers, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience and a lively front-of-house environment.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and team-first mentality.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 20 lbs., and carry trays.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, chairs, and booths.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times and with large parties.
• Monitor restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed.
• Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inform servers of special needs.
• Handle tableware and dishware, transporting items to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work as needed.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.
