Job summary

160 Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati LLC is seeking a team member for kitchen support duties in a casino environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing side tasks, stocking, cleaning, and ensuring guest safety while handling trays and service areas.

The role requires ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, plus strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff. This position is on-site within the casino and offers a comprehensive benefits package per company policy.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and guest-facing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing side duties including setting up supplies and tools.
• Clean all equipment and areas and secure doors.
• Stock ice and paper supplies and maintain par stocks in BOH.
• Monitor cleanliness of guest floor corridors and clear trays.
• Retrieve tables/trays with guest safety in mind.
• Breakdown dirty trays and carts by category (trash, china, glass, silverware).
• Restock refrigerators & freezers daily; maintain clean work areas.
• Notify management of maintenance issues and follow supervisor instructions.
