Job summary

Workstream's Screaming Goat Yard & Tap in Fort Worth is seeking enthusiastic bussers/dishwashers to help keep the dining room sparkling and guests satisfied. Arrive in uniform and ready to assist FOH and kitchen teams with speed and a smile.

We offer a friendly, fast-paced environment with local craft beers, live music, and a team that values reliability and teamwork. Previous busser or dishwasher experience is preferred but not required; energy and customer-service mindset are key.

• Prior experience as a busser/dishwasher in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provides the highest level of service by adhering to all Screaming Goat Yard & Tap standards.
• Works directly with other FOH team members to ensure all guest needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Assist kitchen with dishwashing.
• Assists the servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating.
• Responsible for the final removal of all plates and glassware after a guest departs.
• Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform.
