Job summary

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking friendly, upbeat individuals to join our team as bussers. You will assist with food delivery, tray setup, table presentation, and sanitation in both the dining room and restrooms.

Strong communication with front-of-house staff and managers is essential to keeping service timely and guests happy. This role requires a customer-service mindset, the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting, and individuals aged 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Front of House team members and managers.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables/chairs/seats quickly to ensure efficient seating.
• Direct and facilitate carryout pickup for guests, as needed.
• Assist serving staff with pre-bussing tables and delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Assist bar staff with bussing by removing full bus tubs and delivering to bus station.
• Stocking side plates in designated service areas.
• Stocking products and surface cleaning public restrooms throughout the shift.
• Rolling silver as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room, restrooms, and other public areas.
• Deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently.
• Execute daily cleaning details, as outlined by the management team.
• Greet guests as needed with a welcoming and positive attitude.
