Job summary

The Mexicano in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an energetic Busser to support servers, maintain a clean dining room, and prepare tables for guests. You will contribute to a smooth service flow and a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before service, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service.
• Replenish table settings and guest-requested items as needed.
• Assist with delivering food and supporting service when necessary.
• Serve as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate guest needs and requests to the appropriate team members.
