Job description

We are looking for people who will provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience through excellent customer service and cleanliness, as expected by company standards.

Responsibilities

1. Keep assigned service area and stations clean and stocked according to company standards.
2. Provide proactive support to the floor team and guests.
3. Aid promptly with pre-bussing and bussing tables and clearing any floor debris.
4. Take soiled tableware to the dish pit and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc., in designated areas in the soiled dish drop-off area.
5. Ensure all empty tables are properly reset and 'seat ready'.
6. Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
7. Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate these to table attendants as needed.
8. Communicate with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating, table use, and customer service.
9. Assist with event preparations and duties.
10. Welcome guests as they arrive.
11. Thank guests as they leave.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Currently TABC certified.
• Must have current Texas Food Handler Certification.
• Willingness to cross-train is preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Strong English language skills are preferred.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to execute job requirements at an accelerated rate.
• Ability to work in a standing position for prolonged periods (up to 5 hours).
