Job summary

Nick's Fish House in Baltimore is seeking a Busser/Barback to support both FOH and BOH teams in a fast-paced waterfront environment. You’ll help keep service running smoothly and guest spaces pristine.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting with running food, restocking bar supplies, and maintaining a clean dining and bar area. A team-focused culture and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including trays and bar stock.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly for quick guest turnover.
• Assist in running food from kitchen to tables and ensure proper presentation.
• Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, mixers, and bar essentials.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, replenishing supplies.
• Assist in overall restaurant cleanliness, including floors and restrooms.
• Work as part of a team-service approach to sustain a positive guest experience.
