Job summary

Rio Mar Hospitality Management is seeking a Busser for Amaya in Rio Grande, PR. The role supports the front-of-house team by keeping a clean dining environment, resetting tables, and assisting servers to deliver outstanding guest service.

Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma or equivalent, are fully bilingual (English and Spanish), and possess Food Safety Certification. Health Certification as required by the Puerto Rico Department of Health is also preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. hospitality experience a plus.
• Previous F&B experience preferred (but not required).
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Safety and Food Handling Certification.
• Valid Health Certificate as required by Puerto Rico Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Set and reset tables with spotless china, glassware, silverware, and linen.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout service.
• Assist servers in delivering guest service.
• Refill beverages, clear tables, and ensure a smooth guest experience.
