Yorba Linda Country Club in Yorba Linda, CA is seeking a full-time Busser to support servers and maintain clean, well-stocked stations in a fast-paced Troon Golf environment.

The position offers $16.40–$16.90 per hour plus tips. Minimum one month of related experience is preferred, with emphasis on energy, reliability and professional appearance. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Assures server supplies are clean and ready for daily operation.
• Knows seating positions of diners in dining rooms and lounges.
• Sets the outside line with plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins and items for serving.
• Routes food by matching plates to tickets and delivering to tables.
• Sets tables according to Troon Golf standards.
• Ensures menu items meet ticket specifications as outlined by the chef.
• Fills and refills water glasses and clears unused place settings.
• Clears and resets tables after guests leave, including changes to linens and silverware.

Yorba Linda Country Club, located in Yorba Linda, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Busser! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$16.40 - 16.90 per hour + tips

Key Responsibilities of Busser:

• Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
• Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner’s chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
• Sets the outside line with under liner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins and any other items needed for the delivering of food.
• Organizes the plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run the food out to the tables.
• Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
• Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket.
• Corrects the menu item with the chef before delivering the menu item if it is not meeting the exact specification on the ticket.
• Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used.
• Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins.
• Assists the server when needed
• Keeps work stations well stocked of items and ingredients.
• Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
