Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Busser to help maintain a clean, organized dining area and support servers to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will anticipate guest needs, assist the front-of-house team, and contribute to the high-energy atmosphere that defines THE ONE GROUP.

Your responsibilities include greeting guests, clearing and resetting tables, aiding service during peak times, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety in the dining area.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 20 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency for guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area (floors, chairs, booths).
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times.
• Monitor restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed.
• Communicate with hosts and servers to ensure efficient seating and turnover.
• Respond to guest requests and relay any special needs to servers.
• Handle tableware and dishware safely, transport to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with overall restaurant setup, cleaning and side work as needed.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.

• Monitor assigned restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed
• Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and table turnover
• Respond promptly to guest requests and notify servers of any special needs
• Handle tableware and dishware with care, transporting items to the dishwashing area
• Assist with the overall restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work as needed
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
