Job summary

The One Group, a global dining leader, seeks a Busser in Scottsdale, AZ to keep dining areas clean and support servers. You will anticipate guest needs, assist with table service, and help maintain a high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Training and growth opportunities are available within a vibrant hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Basic English proficiency for guest interactions.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area (floors, chairs, booths).
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times.
• Monitor restroom areas and restock as needed.
• Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and turnover.
• Respond to guest requests and inform servers of special needs.
• Handle tableware and transport items to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Busser, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized dining area while assisting servers and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, support the front-of-house team, and contribute to the high-energy atmosphere that defines THE ONE GROUP.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and provide water service upon seating
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, chairs, and booths
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, especially during peak times and with large parties
• Monitor assigned restroom areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed
• Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and table turnover
• Respond promptly to guest requests and notify servers of any special needs
• Handle tableware and dishware with care, transporting items to the dishwashing area
• Assist with the overall restaurant setup, cleaning, and side work as needed
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
