Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Position Summary

The Busser is responsible for providing professional, efficient, accurate and friendly service to our residents in accordance with our standards of practice. Bussers will be able to clear and set tables, expedite food accurately, carry trays of food from the kitchen to the table, serve food in dining venues or as a delivery and set up various functions throughout our dining venues.

Responsibilities

• Works as a team to provide a friendly and enjoyable dining experience.
• Maintains a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering to correct table.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Entry level-no experience necessary. Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to interact with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members.
• Organization and time-management skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Additional Compensation

• Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually
• 1.5x Holiday Pay
• 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week
