Job summary

The Club at Cordillera in Edwards, Colorado is seeking a motivated Busser for a full-time seasonal position (approximately 6 months). Join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality, and contribute to a fast-paced dining operation.

You will help servers, maintain clean workstations, reset tables, and ensure accurate preparation of menu items according to tickets. Prior experience is welcome; reliability and energy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assures that server supplies are clean and ready for daily operation.
• Sets outside line with liners, flatware, napkins, and other items for food delivery.
• Organizes plates to match each ticket and deliver food to tables.
• Sets tables according to Troon Golf standards and resets after guests depart.
• Assists servers when needed and keeps workstations stocked.
• Cleans workstations, removes trash, and vacuums dining areas.

The Club at Cordillera in Edwards, Colorado is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Busser ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:
$17.50 - 18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities of Busser :

• - Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
• - Possesses knowledge of the position of each diners chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
• - Sets the outside line with under liner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins and any other items needed for the delivering of food.
• - Organizes the plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run the food out to the tables.
• - Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
• - Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket.
• - Corrects the menu item with the chef before delivering the menu item if it is not meeting the exact specification on the ticket.
• - Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used.
• - Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course.
• - Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins.
• - Assists the server when needed
• - Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients.
• - Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
• - Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• - Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Busser:

• - One-month related experience or training.

• - Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
• - Regular and reliable attendance.
