Job summary

Snooze Tucson and Grant is hiring Bussers to maintain a clean, fast-paced dining area and support the serving team during busy breakfast shifts.

You will clear tables, reset dining spaces, assist with food delivery, and keep restrooms and service areas immaculate while contributing to a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hard working, dedicated, and able to multitask.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Authorized to work in the US and at least 17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware guests no longer need.
• Clear and reset tables between seatings and maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist with food delivery, especially during peak periods and large parties.
• Stock, clean, and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH as needed.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Betweenseatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as neededAssist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
