Job summary

Snooze Alpharetta is seeking a Busser to maintain a clean, fast-moving dining area during busy shifts at our Alpharetta location. You will clear tables, reset spaces, and support servers to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, able to multitask, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).
• Authorized to work in the US, 17 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware guests no longer need.
• Clear and reset tables quickly after each guest experience.
• Assist with serving and food delivery during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and restrooms every shift.
• Coordinate with FOH, Bar, and HOH for stocking and cleaning tasks.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
