Snooze, a full-service breakfast restaurant, seeks a dependable Busser to maintain clean dining areas and support servers during busy shifts. You will clear tables, reset spaces, and ensure guest areas remain welcoming and orderly.

The role emphasizes teamwork, physical stamina, and reliable communication to keep service smooth and guests satisfied throughout busy mornings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work quickly and as part of a team in a fast-paced breakfast environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware guests no longer need, and maintain a clean station.
• Clear and reset tables between seatings and tidy dining areas.
• Inspect and clean restrooms at regular intervals.
• Assist servers with food delivery during peak periods.
• Stock and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH as needed.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance

Certification Requirements
