Snooze is a full-service breakfast restaurant known for busy mornings and a lively vibe. As a buss­er, you’ll keep dining areas clean, reset tables quickly, assist servers, and maintain a safe, guest-friendly environment. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• County requirements: food and alcohol serving certifications as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates and glassware from tables and return to dish area.
• Clear and reset tables between guest experiences; ensure cleanliness of surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and inspect every 30 minutes; report needs.
• Assist servers with delivering food, especially for large parties.
• Stock, clean, and assist Front of House, Bar, and Hand of House as needed.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
