Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Town of Florida, NY is seeking a busser to help create a welcoming dining experience. You will clear tables, transport tableware for washing, and maintain cleanliness in all Front of House areas.

Pay ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour. No night shifts and health benefits may be available for full-time employees. Weekend availability is required to meet guest demands.

Responsibilities

• Remove used tableware promptly as guests finish their meals and clear tables efficiently.
• Transport tableware to bus bins, sorting silverware, dishes, and glassware for washing.
• Clean tabletops, chairs, and booths between seatings, ensuring the area is tidy and inviting.
• Regularly inspect and maintain cleanliness in restrooms every 30 minutes.
• Respond to guest requests and relay information to servers as needed.
• Collaborate with servers and host staff to maximize seating efficiency and enhance customer service.
• Assist servers with plate removal during peak periods and large parties.
• Maintain cleanliness in all Front of House areas, including floors and trash receptacles.
• Thank guests as they leave and promote a friendly atmosphere.
• Flexibly support the team in various roles as directed by the restaurant manager.

As a busser, you play a vital role in creating an inviting and pleasant dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining clean, welcoming and ready for guests, You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
